We offer a 30 day money back guarantee - should you for any reason need to return your purchase we will happily provide an exchange or full refund. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition, including original jewellery boxes and certificates (fees apply to missing certificates). Special orders, jewellery or watches that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way cannot be refunded or exchanged. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once items are received, inspected and accepted, your refund or exchange item will be processed in just a few days - please note keir fine jewellery can not be held responsible for loss or damage to your return shipment.
