Our Guarantee to You

We care about your satisfaction and stand behind everything we sell. Keir Fine Jewellery warranties all its jewellery for one year after the date of purchase. Should anything happen, we will repair it free of charge in cases of manufacture defect, but not due to excessive wear and tear.

Our Online Return Policy

We offer a 10 day money back guarantee - should you for any reason need to return your purchase we will happily provide an exchange or full refund. Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase in original condition, including original jewellery boxes and certificates (fees apply to missing certificates). Special orders, jewellery or watches that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way cannot be refunded or exchanged. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once items are received, inspected and accepted, your refund or exchange item will be processed in just a few days - please note Keir Fine Jewellery can not be held responsible for loss or damage to your return shipment.

Our International Return Policy

Since many of our customers are visitors to Whistler, returns from outside of B.C. or Canada require special consideration as they must pass through Canadian Customs. Call 604.932.2944 or email info@keirfinejewellery.com and our staff will provide further details and instructions. We will work with you to make the process as smooth as possible.

Our Layaway Policy - making gifting easier

We offer a flexible zero interest layaway plan for your purchases; to secure your selection we require a 25% refundable deposit. Adjustments such as sizing or engraving will be made once the balance of the payment has been completed. Please contact the store directly to make arrangements.

Our Special Order Policy

See something that you must have but you wish had a larger diamond, or a different colour gold or a different finger size? We would be happy to work with you on any special requests and will work within your budget to make sure that you get the item you want. However, once your decision is made, we require a 50% deposit before the item is ordered and special orders are nonreturnable and non-refundable. Once the piece is completed, we will contact you for final payment and shipping instructions.

Our Shipping Policy

Keir Fine Jewellery ships within Canada by Canada Post Priority and internationally by FedEx. Every parcel is fully insured and requires a signature on delivery. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

As of September 22, 2026, we have paused shipping to the United States. Our American clients are always welcome in our Whistler Village boutique.
