It's officially Spring today and for me that's very exciting (it's also the first day of our Spring Sale)
I'm loving the longer days, slightly warmer temperatures and the promise of summer - yet there's still lots of skiing to be had! It's quite a wonderland we live in, we can experience every season in one day with our weather patterns, we can start planning for what to do when we retire the winter sports for the season (I've just picked up my season's pass for golfing this summer) and we can take advantage of end of season sales!
Our entire store is on sale from 25-50% off, with some exclusive in store specials AND you can take advantage of the sale here on our website by using SPRING14 when you check out for 25% off your order.
The sale is on now through April 6th, 2014
We are so proud to carry this brand of watch - designed, assembled and serviced right down the road from us in Vancouver! They are just starting a series of product knowledge videos so I thought I would pass along some details.
Another year has come and gone as we wake up in 2014. A new year always feels like a fresh start, a chance to reset and refocus - well at least it does for me! It's a great time to take stock of the year that was and plan for the year that will be. Often it is seen as a time to reinvest in one's self - gym memberships increase, healthy eating becomes fodder for water cooler chats, vows to stop drinking (or drink less) are taken and other resolution's are made.
However, this year I made a resolution to not make any resolutions, let's be honest, I was tired of failing! Every year I'd make a decision to 'do more of this' and 'less of that' and every year by mid January (sometimes sooner and sometimes later) I had failed to live up to my resolutions. So in an effort to be more realistic I've decided to create a list of 'goals' vs. resolutions:
Work Hard but Play Harder
Be Nice - even when I don't want to, you never know it could make all the difference to someone
Take Care of Me - so that I can take care of others
Make Time for What's Important - Family, Friends, Spa Days, Yoga, Reading....
Worry Less, Enjoy More
Tell me your thoughts, have you made resolutions? Set goals? What would you add to this list?
From all of us at Keir, we wish you the very best in 2014!
Today we turn 20 years young - still in the same great location, right in the heart of Whistler village.
Started in 1993 by David & Catherine Campbell with the goal of providing locals and visiting guests a place to shop for fine jewels, find a keepsake of their trip, commemorate a special (or 'just because') occasion or simply have a watch battery changed. That goal remains intact and we are still going strong! In September 2012, the three treasures (Nicole, Lana & Maryse - all past employees) fulfilled their dream of taking over for David & Catherine. So while they enjoy retirement, sun, surf and golf, we are leading keir in to the next 20 years. The selection of unique and interesting pieces, relaxed atmosphere, exceptional service and competitive pricing continue to be of the utmost importance.
Please stop by the store to say hi, shop the website for that special gift and celebrate 20 years with us!
This is it, our new e-commerce site! We are beyond excited to be launching a new playground for our jewellery. Please be patient as we tweak (not twerk) the site, our goal is to create a site filled with our most popular and sought after items, making your shopping experience as easy as possible. Jewellery purchases are such a personal and emotional endeavour, we cherish the relationships we have built and continue to build with our clients in store - our hope is that we can translate that to our virtual store as well. We are available to answer questions, hold hands, be cheerleaders if needed and essentially be your jeweller for all of life's moments.
Enjoy our new site, it's really our new baby so please be gentle, suggestions and feedback are welcome. Happy Shopping!
Every year we seek out the most gorgeous, stunning snowflakes we can find - and they're in store now!
Styles starting from $250.00
