Sterling Silver Reversible Ammolite and Jade Pendant

Proudly made in Alberta, this affordable pendant is crafted to give you two different Canadian gemstones in one piece of jewellery. On one side you'll find an oval facetted ammolite and on the other, an oval cabochon of B.C. jade.

More commonly called nephrite, this opaque green gemstone has been used since pre-historic times in jewellery, ornamental carvings and for making tools due to its durable and tough nature.

Three quarters of the world's nephrite production is found in British Columbia; it is currently being mined in Bridge River (southern B.C.) and the Deese Lake area (northern B.C.).
