Our guarantee to you

We care about your satisfaction and stand behind everything we sell. Keir fine jewellery warranties all its jewellery for one year after the date of purchase. Should anything happen, we will repair it free of charge in cases of manufacture defect, but not due to excessive wear and tear.

Our return policy

We will happily refund the full price of the item within 10 days of purchase provided the item is in a saleable condition and is accompanied by the original receipt. Return your item within 30 days of purchase and we'll help you exchange it for another beautiful piece of jewellery or give you a credit note to use at your convenience.  Jewellery or watches that have been worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Our international return policy

Since many of our customers are visitors to Whistler, returns from outside of B.C. or Canada require special consideration as they must pass through Canadian Customs. Call or email our staff for further details and instructions.

Our layaway policy

We offer a 90 day layaway plan for any jewellery in stock that you wish to buy; secure your selection with a 25% refundable deposit. Adjustments such as sizing or engraving will be made once the balance of the payment has been completed.

Our special order policy

See a ring style in our showcase that you must have but you wish had a larger diamond, or a different colour gold or a different finger size? We would be happy to work with you on any requests and budget to make sure that you get the item you want. However, once your decision is made, we require a 50% deposit before the item is ordered and special orders are nonreturnable and non-refundable. Once the piece is completed, we will contact you for final payment and shipping instructions.

Our shipping policy

Keir fine jewellery ships purchases within Canada via Priority Post and around the world by Federal Express. Both of these couriers require a signature and the item is fully insured during shipping. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes where applicable.
